Party 4 Parents

Saturday evening we threw an informal open house party for my folks. It was suppose to happen before they moved far, far away but I was extremely pregnant by the time that happened. So instead, we had a video of their new home and celebrated my mom turning 50!
Here are a couple pics from the occasion!

It was a rough day for Brooke, but she came through a trooper and was, of course, the star of the party! Who wouldn't love her?!?!?

I hope I look like your mom when I am 50! :) It is so nice that you can all be together again for a little while. I am praying that your surgery goes well on Friday. Is your dad able to stay for it?

First thing I have to say is that I wish I were as brave as you and Rosa when it comes to hair styles. It seems you both have something new every time I see a picture of either one of you!!!! I love it!! Second, I knew there was something different about your dad when I saw this post...his mustache is gone!!!! He looks totally different!! Glad you got to have the party for your folks. Happy birthday to mom!! Yes, I think we will be in town Easter weekend-Scott may have a job. Hope your surgery goes well. I'll be praying for you! Michelle

I have to admit, it's fun having a sister around who can change my hair so often. Although, I do try to make sure she's happy with me when it's time to get my hair done...wouldn't want an angry stylist. :-)
We LOVE my dad without the 'stache! He looks much younger.
I'll tell my mom about Easter...I'm sure she'll be calling!
Danielle - no, my dad won't be here for the surgery but he's had his out so he knows my pain. :-)
